(Summary)
Fieldnote roasts small lots from farms they visit. We designed a label system that records each trip like a page in a notebook.
The brief
Every new blend meant a new label from scratch, and the shelf looked like twelve different brands.
What we made
One black bag, one bold wordmark and a field-note panel that changes per lot: farm, altitude, tasting notes and the date of the visit.
What changed
Twelve blends now share one system, and a new label takes an afternoon instead of a week.
